THAT FLORAL PRINT BLOUSE

The first thing that attracts me to this top is the color combination. The combination of different shades of orange and blue just blended together perfectly. Normally the combination of orange and blue give a very strong hue but this top just have it the other way round. It has that softness in it and I'm pairing it with a pair of light blue trousers to have that continuity. I am loving very bit of this whole outfit, from the color combination to style and its comfortableness.

THE EYELET/OPENWORK TOP

This is yet another favorite top. I'm really into eyelet/ openwork items and I always got drawn to them. I didn't hesitate to purchase it the moment I saw this top. It's very simple and yet the eyelet/ openwork details add a bit of fun and make the whole top looks more interesting. Also, since it's in cotton material, it's super comfortable.

GINGHAM + VINTAGE VIBE

Mango had been producing a lot of nice dresses recently. I've just purchased one and I'm in love with it. I had chosen the gingham pattern which has a little of a vintage vibe. It's very simple and yet could be a statement piece. I am seeing myself to be wearing this a lot especially on Mondays when I'm rushing to the office but is clueless what to wear. This is going to be a life saver. Ok, not as serious as life saver but this dress is definitely going to help a lot.

STRIPES CULOTTES ON REPEAT

Comfortable and versatile. This had been my choice of buying clothes recently as I think it could create different types of outlook and make the money spent more worthwhile. Agree? ðŸ˜Š

This pair of culottes had been on rotation for many times recently. I wear it so many times as it is very comfortable and versatile. I had styled it with 3 different tops in a few weeks time and all turned out well. Depending on the top and shoes, this culottes can be suitable for smart-casual office wear or even weekend casual wear. I've wore it to office like the one I'm wearing now and also wore it in a short holiday trip to Sarawak. You can see it here. For the outfit I'm wearing today, I've styled it with a grey turtleneck top and a pair of pink pumps. The pink pumps has the some hue with the stripes on the culottes and I find it kind of fun. How many times you can get the same hue from different items that bought at a different time. I mean, what are the odds? ðŸ˜Š

PLAID

Hi everyone. Are you into that plaid fever? Yes, I am. The moment I saw this skirt, I was like "ok, I'm going to get this." I like the plaid, the cut, and the row of buttons at the front. The fabric is so nice and doesn't really require much ironing. Score! I don't really like ironing my clothes so this skirt just tick all the boxes. Well, look "Sherlock Holmes-ish"? Never mind, I'm ok with that =).

I found plaid items are always classic pieces and will not run out of fashion. Whether it's in the form of a blazer, skirt, dress, handbags, or even shoes, they just look so chic all the time. I think it has it's place in the fashion world.

FRILL + V-BACK

I like pieces that allowed to dress up and dress down - pieces that create different vibes when you add on different accessories or layer it with other pieces in your closet. Today, I'm dressing down this vibrant orange colored dress. The frill makes it looks sweet while the v-back adds a little bit of edginess. Matching it with my sneakers and it's easy breezy. Just lighten up the mood.

I will have this in a dress up version soon. Please stay tuned.
