PLEATED MIDI SKIRT + LACE TOP

Pleated midi skirt is so on trend now. It recently appeared at the latest fashion week runways and are new arrivals for various clothing brands. Pleated midi skirt is having it's moment.

Today, I'm wearing this chiffon version of pleated midi skirt and I'm matching it with a lace top. The combination of blush tone and lace creates a very feminine vibe. Not a very girly person but don't mind playing wanna be sometimes =p.

BOHO + GLADIATOR SANDALS

It was a windy day when we took this shot, a perfect timing for this dress. This dress was so light and it just fluttered in the wind. I like the simplicity of this dress, the embroidered details and lace up patterns at the front. Matching with a pair of gladiator sandals and it's good to go for a stroll, shopping, a date, or even a simple hi-tea event.

FRILL + V-BACK

I like pieces that allowed to dress up and dress down - pieces that create different vibes when you add on different accessories or layer it with other pieces in your closet. Today, I'm dressing down this vibrant orange colored dress. The frill makes it looks sweet while the v-back adds a little bit of edginess. Matching it with my sneakers and it's easy breezy. Just lighten up the mood.

CHEVRON + STRIPES, GREEN + MAGENTA

Mixing patterns and colors today. To balance up the pattern, I'm mixing the thicker stripes with thinner chevron. As for the color, the pink color logo at the pocket just gave me the idea to match the bright green with magenta. The darker magenta shade just went well with the bright green. I'm matching my outfit with a pale pink color pumps to have a continuity from the magenta color.
