WHAT'S YOUR CHRISTMAS OUTFIT?

Christmas is around the corner and what do you have in your mind to dress up this year? We will never have snow here during Christmas so I had something simple yet festive - a simple red top with ribbon on the sleeves match with a dark red midi skirt. I think the color combination is pretty nice and the ribbon add some fun to the whole outfit.

OH MY MIDI

Yes, I would consider midi skirt as one of my favorite wardrobe staples. A lot of people may feel intimidating to try on midi skirt as there is always perception that midi skirt can make you look shorter. In my humble opinion, I feel it's the other way round. I always feel midi skirt has that lengthening effect and it is always so flattering. All you need is to get a length that suits you. Depending on the choices of shoes, it is just perfect for most of the occasions, from office, dinner party, or even weekend casual. 

I've dressed this skirt in my previous post and I decided to style it again. Unlike the previous outfit, this round I pair it with my loafer and with a brighter color top. I like the pop of marigold yellow and red color that added a bit of fun and casual vibe to the whole outlook.

CIRCLE + MIDI

Circle skirt, checked. Midi skirt length, checked. Office appropriate, checked. Weekend casual, checked. In the basket and right to the cashier! Basically this skirt just ticked all the boxes. I had been looking for a circle skirt with a midi skirt length for quite awhile. I had 1 dark blue circle skirt but it was quite worn out and I figure out it is time to get another new one but I just couldn't find any that I really like until I saw this skirt. I like the stripes, the length, and the cut. I knew I won't regret buying it the moment I put it on. 

Talking about midi skirt, a lot of people have the perception that it is only suitable for taller frame girls but that's not true. I've seen petite girls like me wearing midi skirt and it turn out to be just fine. It somehow helps to elongate your leg. I was a bit hesitate in the beginning but out of curiosity, I decided to try it on. And, the next thing was another style added it to my wardrobe. I always believe in the spirit of no harm trying when it comes to clothing. You just need to try it on and you will realize that there is actually lots of choices available for you regardless your body type.

Hi everyone. I'm having this gorgeous midi skirt on repeat again. I'm matching it with a brown/ burnt orange turtleneck top this round. I love the color combination and how they compliment each other. If your country has 4 seasons (how I wish we have it here) then I think this color combination is so fall ready.

THAT PARISIAN VIBE: SHIRT + MIDI SKIRT

Hi everyone. Having some Parisian vibe today. Matching a shirt with a midi skirt always make me feel like that. It's simple and chic. And, the wine color of this skirt is just gorgeous. Oh, and the packets just add extra points to it. I just can't resist skirts and dresses and that packets with them. I think it just add a little bit of edginess to the whole outfit.
