WHAT'S YOUR CHRISTMAS OUTFIT?

Christmas is around the corner and what do you have in your mind to dress up this year? We will never have snow here during Christmas so I had something simple yet festive - a simple red top with ribbon on the sleeves match with a dark red midi skirt. I think the color combination is pretty nice and the ribbon add some fun to the whole outfit.

THAT FLORAL PRINT BLOUSE

The first thing that attracts me to this top is the color combination. The combination of different shades of orange and blue just blended together perfectly. Normally the combination of orange and blue give a very strong hue but this top just have it the other way round. It has that softness in it and I'm pairing it with a pair of light blue trousers to have that continuity. I am loving very bit of this whole outfit, from the color combination to style and its comfortableness.

KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE: FLOW FLORAL TOP + STRAIGHT ANKLE JEANS

Keeping things simple today - a flowy floral top and a pair of straight ankle jeans. Floral top can be tricky sometimes but I think if you were to pair it with jeans it will turn out quite nice, simple and chic. I also find that mustard yellow and red is a good color combination. I always reach out to red when I'm wearing mustard yellow. I just like they clash with each other and complement each other at the same time. As for the jeans, it's from Uniqlo and it's super comfortable. I had been looking for straight ankle jeans for the longest time and finally I found it. I'm not regretting spending that money as I know I would be reaching out to it very often.

MIX + MATCH: T-SHIRT + WIDE-LEGGED TROUSERS

Let's mix and match today - pairing a graphic t-shirt with a pair of wide-legged trousers and this is so office appropriate, at least for a smart casual/ semi-formal environment. I really like the whole look as it has both casual  and chic vibe. Also, t-shirt and wide-legged trousers are always comfortable and I can wear this whole day and yet still feeling like home. I'm pretty sure I'll have this style more in the future and already have some pieces pairing in my mind.

THE STRAIGHT ANKLE JEANS

I had been into jeans recently and wear them more frequent than usual. Also, finally I got a pair of straight ankle jeans. I had been searching high and low for straight ankle jeans and couldn't get a suitable one until I saw this at Uniqlo. I wasn't sure when I saw but the moment I tried it on, that's it, decision made without hesitation. =). It is so comfortable, the length and shape is just perfect and with that elongate effect.
