WHERE CASUAL AND FORMAL WEAR MEET

It's another mix and match concept where I matches the graphic T-shirt with a checked skirt. I like the vibe where casual and formal wear meet each other and you can actually wear it to a smart casual allowed workplace or dress down for a casual friend catch-up or weekend casual wear. All you need to do is just play around with the shoes where high heels for office and sneakers for casual events. Super versatile!

THAT FLORAL PRINT BLOUSE

The first thing that attracts me to this top is the color combination. The combination of different shades of orange and blue just blended together perfectly. Normally the combination of orange and blue give a very strong hue but this top just have it the other way round. It has that softness in it and I'm pairing it with a pair of light blue trousers to have that continuity. I am loving very bit of this whole outfit, from the color combination to style and its comfortableness.

POLKA DOTS

Some people may thought polka dots is intimidating as it may make a person look more mature but I think polka dots can be sweet and feminine or even chic/ edgy if you match it correctly. I actually did a little modification on the top. The original top had lace trim at the sleeves which I think it's unnecessary (yes, it does make a person look more mature in this case) so I decided to remove it and yes, it turned out to be just perfect. 

Here, I wanted to have a more feminine and office appropriate look here so I'm matching it with a pair of culottes. I'm keeping the color tone all neutral here and let the polka dots top be the center piece. I'm thinking of ripped jeans or straight ankle jeans to pair with next. I think it will have that chic/ edgy vibe.

KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE: FLOW FLORAL TOP + STRAIGHT ANKLE JEANS

Keeping things simple today - a flowy floral top and a pair of straight ankle jeans. Floral top can be tricky sometimes but I think if you were to pair it with jeans it will turn out quite nice, simple and chic. I also find that mustard yellow and red is a good color combination. I always reach out to red when I'm wearing mustard yellow. I just like they clash with each other and complement each other at the same time. As for the jeans, it's from Uniqlo and it's super comfortable. I had been looking for straight ankle jeans for the longest time and finally I found it. I'm not regretting spending that money as I know I would be reaching out to it very often.
