PLAID FEVER

Hi everyone. I'm wearing a plaid dress today and it's another no shame moment. Yes, it's another kids' dress and I purchased this from Zara. Some people may find this pathetic (so short) but I'm thinking since I can't do anything on my petite size, why not just take this as a perk that petites could have another source of clothing from the kids' section (positive thinking =p).

Plaid is having it's moment now. You could see plaid (especially plaid blazer) everywhere in social media. And, if you are following the latest fashion week, you may realized that Ralph Lauren used a lot of plaid in their latest collection. The collection is so classy and chic and it just bring plaid to another level.

EMBROIDERY + RUFFLES

Hi everyone. I'm loving every single detail of my top today. It checked all the boxes that I wanted from a top. The ruffles, the soft material, and the embroidery. It is just so whimsical and I'm feeling so happy when I'm wearing it. Oh and the embroidery details, I just can't get enough of them. Other than eyelet details, embroidery is another favorite of mine.

EARTH TONE: OVERSIZE SWEATER + ANKLE LENGTH TROUSERS

It's unlikely to wear knitted sweater (most of the time) when your country is located at the Equator area. When raining season arrives and the weather turns cooler, it's a good chance to pull out those knit wears from the wardrobe. Here, I'm pairing my oversize sweater with an olive green ankle length trousers and a pair of burnt orange/ orangy brown pumps, creating an earth tone - a warmer look for the rainy weather.
